Bournemouth 7s is a sport + music festival held annually over a bank holiday weekend in Bournemouth (Christchurch area). It combines competitive and social sports tournaments with live music, DJs, entertainment zones, camping, and festival culture.

In 2025, they hosted over 460+ teams and 5,500+ players participating in 1,800 matches in 35 different tournaments and 8 sports.

Sport is the principle focus of the daytime activity throught the weekend, with afternoons and evenings turns into a full blown festival. Players and spectators alike are able to immerse themselves in elite and social competitions.
